“Deciding to train with Riley as a PT has been a complete game changer. It’s given me levels of consistency and accountability that I didn’t realise were possible. As a busy small business owner, Riley’s ability to be flexible on our sessions with reasonable notice have been really helpful and as such I haven’t missed a single workout session in months, whereas previously exercise would quickly fall by the wayside to other demands. Riley is personable, friendly, always on time, communicates well in person but also over text for easy and quick organisation of our sessions. In the sessions he has a relentless focus on form and the prevention of injury which gives me full confidence I’m in safe hands and means I can push my limits safely.
