Meet Riley - Fitness and Performance Specialist

I’ve spent a large part of my life pursuing adventure and fitness. It began with football in Australia, evolved through 400m sprinting in Germany, and ultimately led to the world of personal training in England. With a BSc (Hons) in Fitness and Personal Training and an MSc in Sport Science and Performance Coaching, I’ve equipped myself with the knowledge and skills to help others thrive.

I have a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing, formed by guiding clients as a personal trainer, mentored a new pro boxer as a strength and conditioning coach, worked with patients managing various conditions, and instructed personnel in the British Army Reserve as a PTI. These diverse experiences have shaped my philosophy: true fitness goes beyond the physical, embracing every aspect of health and wellbeing.
